Project Control

The following reports are generated on a weekly basis for review by the project team:

  • Submittals/drawings
  • Change Order Request Log
  • Request for proposal/price
  • Work authorizations
  • Inventory (if applicable)
Project Accounting

Each project is assigned a project accountant whose responsibilities are divided as follows:

  • Planning Phase:
    • Set standard billing and payment procedures designed for your specific project.
    • Cash flow schedule preparation.
  • Construction Phase:
    • Primary focus during the construction phase is cost control.
    • Prepare frequent internal audits.
  • Project Close-out:
    • Prepare final billings and required releases.
