San Francisco's South Of Market area is experiencing a renaissance of monumental proportion and no where is that more evident than with The Brannan luxury condominium complex. Directly off San Francisco's Embarcadero, The Brannan will be the most luxurious new living experience in San Francisco.

Three seventeen story towers totaling 356 units will be built of cast in place reinforced concrete and will have a tapestry like exterior with multicolored patterns including a blue-green tinted window glass that makes the building glow with the reflection of the bay. There is a spacious entry court, with richly textured paving and landscaping, a vine covered arbor and a sculptural fountain.

The below grade parking structure connects to all three towers providing easy access to the units. The elevators are high-speed traction with upgraded and spacious interiors. The landscaped podium has an Olympic size swimming pool, a wading pool and other outdoor amenities. The street level will include a retail wing, restaurant facilities and a resident's health club.

Phase one, the first tower, broke ground in June 1998. Phase one is budgeted at thirty-three million dollars.
