Boost Mobile
A new two-story tilt up building afforded the opportunity for the open ceiling look with swooping organic curves of 10" compasso. Wall finishes are eggshell finish with brilliantly executed "graffiti" murals by the Boost Art Department staff. It is an open space plan with cubicles at 60" surrounded by perimeter offices and conference rooms creating vistas of the open space dramatically propelled by the curving compasso. Selectively located through the space is neon lighting.

Shabu Restaurant
Cannon Constructors worked with owner of Shabu2 to construct their restaurants in Santa Monica and Gardena. Both restaurants have exposed AC ducts and exhaust hoods. The restaurants have a contemporary motif and are part of this new design-build Japanese style restaurant with individual cooking pots at each table with individual exhaust hoods.

UCLA Santa Monica Outpatient Imaging
The Outpatient Imaging tenant improvement project used the resources of Cannon Constructors for the design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and sprinkler systems. Project design and preparation was for the installation of an MRI room, four radiology x-ray rooms and three CT scan rooms.

West Hills Hospital
Cannon Constructors worked with West Hills Hospital and the West Hills Radiology Department on the renovation of seven radiology rooms and their additional facilities. The scope of work included all new lead lining of walls and coordination of installation of all new GE equipment. All work was being performed in a fully operating and occupied hospital.

O'Connor Construction Management
The project resulted in a showcase space for one of the prominent construction management firms servicing the Southern California area. Cannon Constructors completed this project within a very short time frame, yet incorporating sophisticated design and fabricated components.

UCLA Molecular Science Building
The Molecular Science Building is a 2,000 SF Type I building constructed in a courtyard on the UCLA campus. The building houses a 2.5 million dollar molecular research magnet and future provisions for three additional magnets.

Dal Tile Selection Center
A modern, cathedral like, facility forged out of an existing warehouse building. The sophisticated design, with exposed structure, soaring dark walls and extensive sophisticated lighting, required attention to detail and understanding of design intent.
