The space had to be demised which required 300 linear feet of 35-foot high demising walls. Structural upgrades were also required for additional HVAC and entire new restrooms. The sales area, which spans 15,000 square feet, was built on raised floor so the client could reconfigure the space when new products were introduced. This project was completed in eight weeks.
We installed a new storefront, drywall ceilings and hardwood floors. The tenant provided and installed furnishings, fixtures, store planning and visual merchandising.
The main 15,000 square foot open area consists of a free weight area, the latest selection of cardio equipment, a selectorize area, a retail/pro shop, juice bar, and lounge area.
Having been brought into the project while the client was in the embryonic stages of building selection, we assisted with numerous budget and "what if" pricing scenarios for each of the potential locations.
